2. Service Description

Zoooooom provides a technology platform that connects passengers with drivers for shared ride transportation services. We act as an intermediary and do not provide transportation services directly.

  • We facilitate connections between riders and drivers
  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Zoooooom
  • Service availability may vary by location and time
  • Pricing is dynamic and may change based on demand

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat drivers and other passengers with respect
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
  • Not damage vehicles or property
  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
  • Pay all fees associated with your use of the service

5. Payments and Fees

By using Zoooooom, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • Additional fees may apply for tolls, airport pickups, or cancellations
  • Surge pricing may be applied during high-demand periods
  • Tips to drivers are optional but encouraged
  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 5 minutes of requesting a ride are free. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee. If a driver cancels, you will not be charged.

7. Shared Rides

When using shared ride options:

  • Your ride may be shared with other passengers
  • Routes may be adjusted to accommodate multiple pickups and drop-offs
  • Travel time may be longer than a direct route
  • Pricing reflects the shared nature of the service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Zoooooom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of drivers
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride in question
  • We do not guarantee service availability or response times

9. Insurance and Safety

Drivers are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. However, Zoooooom does not guarantee insurance coverage for all incidents. In case of an accident or incident, please follow the emergency procedures provided in the app.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Zoooooom are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notification.
